Sepro Scrubbers are fitted with heavy-duty rubber lining comprising 50mm minimum thickness mill liner sections retained by rows of Rubber Lifter Bars. Rubber Liners are designed so that the rubber lifter bars can be easily replaced without affecting the shell liner, which normally outlast lifter bars by at least 2 to 1. This is Sepro Standard minimum liner system and is much more robust and durable than is typically fitted by others or duties of this nature.   The lining includes replaceable, segmented throat liners on the scrubber outlet, which are interchangeable with different thicknesses to allow charge volume to be adjusted to suit future changes in feed or other aspects of duty. Rubber Liners have proven to reduce liner costs per ton of material processed.
