Sepro continues to develop and improve on its already robust product line and the new Falcon SB5200 gravity concentrator lid serves as a fine example. . . .
  • Up to 6x increase in wear life!
  • Larger inspection / maintenance access hatches
  • Bolts to existing SB5200B’s without modifications
  • Reduces downtime and maintenance costs!

Sepro developed the lid to help its customers reduce wear and corresponding repair and downtime costs.

“The customer feedback we were receiving indicated that there was an opportunity to improve the wear life of our concentrator lids” says Ken Smith, department head of technical services. “Our engineers went to work and came up with a new design. We then field tested these new lids in one of our highest wear applications and a six times wear life improvement was the result!”

This new lid will be featured on all new SB5200B’s, however, it will also fit on any existing SB5200B gravity concentrator without any modification required. Best of all, it sells for the same price as the previous out-going lid.

Customer feedback was a very import aspect of this development so don’t hesitate to contact us if you see any other areas of our equipment that could be improved.

Please check back frequently as we use this blog to showcase our consistent innovation and dedication to providing the absolute best gravity, milling and scrubbing equipment available.
