Introduction
This paper provides an overview of gravity recovery of gold from within grinding circuits using batch centrifugal concentrators (BCC’s). It discusses GRG test procedure, modeling of gravity gold recovery, typical flowsheet configurations, BCC operating parameters, and how to evaluate flowsheets that include flotation and/or cyanidation.
